Masonry wall "Phase II" brickwork cavity barrier and cavity tray remediation works. Draft technical submission including costs submitted to Client. Awaiting confirmation of funding stream, following review and regulatory approval, expected early October. Internal and external photographic recording ongoing and to be completed prior to works commencing.
E4:
Scaffold adaptions for Phase II masonry wall remediation in progress, expected completion 9th October.
E5:
Main works for Phase II masonry wall remediation: Brickwork removal, remediation of cavity trays, installation of firestopping and reinstatement of brickwork in progress and nearing completion on Level 3; and on Level 5 to commence on Monday, 5th October.
Overall :
Removal of waste materials from site and various smaller tasks ongoing to project completion.
To date:
The original contracted cladding works are now 100 % complete on all elevations.
The additional works are approximately 98 % complete.
Further updates for the remaining weeks:

Trial installation works for benchmarking to commence 24th / to be completed 25th September, following scaffold adaptions, with main works to commence the following week.
Overall :
Replacement of perished window gaskets to various locations as required ongoing, expected completion 25th September.
Electrical certification for newly installed balcony lights, expected completion 24th September.
Removal of waste materials from site and various smaller tasks ongoing to project completion.

Scaffolding is NOT to be used by the residents, nor their visitors for access to other flats or to the roof!
NO Smoking! Cigarette butts must NOT be thrown out of resident’s window or balcony doors onto/near/around the scaffolding!
