Scaffolding is NOT to be used by the residents, nor their visitors for access to other flats or to the roof!
NO Smoking! Cigarette butts must NOT be thrown out of resident’s window or balcony doors onto/near/around the scaffolding!

Please note, that although Osprey are on programme with the scheduled remediation works, there has been an agreement between all parties, that scaffolding is to remain in place, to facilitate any potential additional work required.
The scaffolding programme will be updated, as soon as we have instructions to confirm the revised dates.
