Scaffold strike on hold whilst cleaning options to remove stubborn embedded stains that have remained following the doff clean are considered.
E3-E4-E5-E6-E7-E8:
Masonry wall survey for remediation works
E11:
Reinstatement of balcony glass, snagging and final clean down to Flats 27, 40, 53, 66 & 79
E11:
Removal of scaffold, hoist and haki staircase
Courtyard:
Refurbishment to parapet walls within garden area.
Overall :
Removal of waste materials from site and various smaller tasks, including outstanding mastic application.
To date:
The original cladding works are approximately 99% complete.
Original contracted cladding works are complete on Elevations: E1, E2, E3, E4 and E5.
Original additional works scope complete on Elevations: E4, E5, E6, E7, E8.
E1 and E2 additional works completed ahead of schedule.
E1 and E2 external doff cleaning of the brickwork to remove efflorescence, soiling and staining completed ahead of programme.
E12 & E13 scaffold strike completed.
Installation of the structural steels to support the deflected balconies completed.
E11 K System cladding installation completed.
Further updates for the remaining weeks:
All original contracted cladding works to be 100% complete.

E11 Reinstatement of balcony decking upon new support system to be completed.
E11 Balustrade redecoration to be completed.
E1 & E2 scaffold strike to be completed following final clean down.

Scaffolding is NOT to be used by the residents, nor their visitors for access to other flats or to the roof!
NO Smoking! Cigarette butts must NOT be thrown out of resident’s window or balcony doors onto/near/around the scaffolding!
